Morgan is a Coordinator of Premium Client Services at the Boston Red Sox. She is a Babson Class of 2023 alum and received her MBA from Seton Hall University. Morgan has extensive experience in the Sports industry. To note, she has been part of the MLB On-Deck Sales Program and NBA Future Sales Star Program, as well as a Sales and Partnerships intern with the Ottawa Titans Baseball Club. She has also held internships across different industries.

Her participation at Babson included: Varsity Women’s Soccer, Sports Business Society, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Women's Leadership Scholar Program, The Women's Network Babson, Student Government Association, Babson Law Society, and Club Ice Hockey
