Club Ultimate Frisbee Practice

Join us for the first set of spring practices in LGRAC! Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand new to ultimate frisbee, this is a perfect chance to meet the team, learn the basics, and get a feel for what ultimate is all about.

Since it’s still chilly outside, we’ll be practicing indoors until after spring break when the weather warms up. Expect a fun mix of warm-ups, throwing drills, and mini-games. No equipment or experience necessary—just bring water, athletic shoes, and friends!
