Details

An information and discussion event where we discuss the Tyrants of Ancient Greece, both in terms of their history and the etymology of the term "tyrant," and how it evolved from an office to it's current title. We will also discuss the Tyrants of antiquity in relation to the rise of authoritarianism in the modern day, discussing similarities and differences between these historical trends.
