This is an all-levels lift led by Babson Lifting Club. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or you’ve been lifting for years, you’re welcome here.
What to expect:
Guided workout support and form checks
A positive, no-judgment space
Accountability to stay consistent and healthy
A chance to meet other students on campus who actually like being in the gym
Time for Q&A if you’re not sure how to program, how to use equipment, or how to hit your goals
Bring water, show up ready to move, and come even if you’re a little nervous — especially if you’re a little nervous.
