How do consultants uncover the real problem behind a client’s request? Join BCA for an interactive session with Professor Dwight Gertz, who will share insights from his consulting career and introduce the role that thoughtful questioning plays in solving complex business problems.
Participants will work in teams on a mini client scenario, ask clarifying and diagnostic questions, challenge initial assumptions, and redefine the problem before proposing a solution. This hands-on workshop is designed to help students strengthen their critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. No prior consulting experience is required.
